At Boreal Defence, we stand by the durability and craftsmanship of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
